How do I cancel my subscription?

On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Calmo and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for.

I already subscribed. How do I get Premium back?

In Calmo, open Settings › Restore Purchases (or tap Restore Purchases on the Premium screen) while signed in with the same Apple ID.

Can we listen offline?

Yes. Every story you play is saved on the device, so it plays without internet next time.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
